Known Issue: down

We had a severe server issue which is why is currently offline.

This affects logins, the weblinks feature, and our website.

The following should still work:

  • this forum
  • Trails Pro purchases via the App Store (although they cannot be synced/restored at the moment)
  • maps downloads

We are working on bringing all features back online, hopefully by next week (starting 14 May). Since we need to fix things that prevent a similar issue from occurring again, we cannot merely restart the services as is, hence the delay. We apologize for the inconvenience.
