I purchased a Trails Pro account for a year, but I cannot figure out how to display the topographic maps instead of the standard Apple Maps.

you can change the map style in Settings. Tap the gear icon in the top right of the home screen, then select Map Style and then Trails Vector Maps.
You can also change the map style during a recording by tapping the info (i) button just above the location button.

it did, in a way, thank you. But there is something I don’t understand. When I start a recording using an Apple Watch, how can I see the map once opened my iPhone?
