Unable to access my IOS account access

Hi Trails.IO,
Since several days I’m trying to login into my account on my Iphone. My account is recognized on the web. I bought a licence in september last year. I would like to send to the web a track. I tried to uninstall the IOS app, I downloaded the app from AppStore, the impact was I can’t see all the tracks I had. I Cannot connect the IOS app in order to get my old tracks, I tried to connect my app to my account and my password is not recognize.I I’ve ask from my web account to reinitialize my password, It worked however on my IOS app It is not the case. Would you be so kind to help me in solving this problem.
